ONE WORK, the AI Colleague every employee works with, is in active development and used inside Fluentya every day. Next come ONE AGENTS, ONE DATA and ONE FOUNDRY. You will build the AI at the heart of all four.
What you will do
- Build how the AI Colleague understands someone's work: reading mail, calendars, documents, meetings and chat from Microsoft 365, Lark and Notion, and turning them into context with evidence behind every fact.
- Build agents that act within a mandate: every tool call is checked against policy first, and anything that changes a record waits for a person's approval.
- Own quality through evaluation: golden sets, extraction and placement accuracy, and regression gates before each monthly release.
- Work with any model through one gateway, choosing, routing and costing models per task without tying ONE to a single provider.
- Keep privacy in the code: each person's context is isolated, and tracing records metadata, never content.
What you bring
- Three or more years building production software in TypeScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications: retrieval, structured output, tool use and evaluation.
- Solid data modelling with Postgres; experience with pgvector or knowledge graphs is a plus.
- You prove quality with evals, not demos, and you work with AI coding agents every day.

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)Work alongside customers to redesign their work and bring ONE into daily operations.Abu Dhabi
You turn ONE into results inside a customer. You work on site with government and large organisations, from the first workshop to the day every employee works with their AI Colleague.
What you will do
- Map how work really moves in a customer team: the decisions, the hand-offs and where AI stalls today.
- Configure ONE for them: connectors to Microsoft 365 and other systems, roles, mandates, policies and Organisation Packs.
- Bring each employee onto ONE WORK and prove one measured outcome before the next step.
- Deploy ONE in the cloud, a dedicated cloud or on premises inside the customer's boundary, with their identity provider and data rules.
- Turn what you learn into reusable Packs, connectors and product fixes, so the next deployment is faster.
What you bring
- Three or more years in solutions engineering, technical consulting or deployment of enterprise software.
- Comfortable in code (TypeScript or Python), APIs, single sign-on, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Able to run a workshop with a director in the morning and debug an integration in the afternoon.
- Clear writing and calm with ambiguity. Based in the UAE, with travel to customer sites.

UI/UX EngineerDesign and build interfaces that make people and AI working together feel simple and calm.Abu Dhabi
You design and build what people see of ONE: the place where an employee and their AI Colleague work together, every day.
What you will do
- Design and build ONE WORK in Next.js with shadcn/ui and Tailwind: Today, conversations, My Context, Artifacts and Workspaces.
- Shape the desktop app for meeting notes on Mac and Windows.
- Make the AI legible: why something is here, what context it used, what needs approval, and how to undo it.
- Own the design system: tokens, light and dark modes, and text ready for Arabic (right to left) and Chinese.
- Prototype quickly, test with real employees and ship every month.
What you bring
- A portfolio of shipped product interfaces, with the code behind them.
- Strong React, TypeScript and CSS, and care for accessibility.
- Experience designing AI or data-heavy products.
- Fluent in Figma, and happy to move between design and code.

Business Development SpecialistOpen conversations with government and large organisations, and help them start with ONE.Abu Dhabi
You open the doors. You find the organisations ready to become AI-native and help them take the first step with ONE.
What you will do
- Build relationships with government entities and large organisations in Abu Dhabi, the UAE and the wider region.
- Run discovery: find where AI stalls in their work and the one outcome ONE can prove first.
- Lead each opportunity from first meeting to pilot to agreement, together with our Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Bring what the market tells you back into the product and our Organisation Packs.
- Represent Fluentya at events and in partner conversations.
What you bring
- Five or more years of enterprise or government sales or business development in technology, ideally software or AI, in the UAE.
- A network in Abu Dhabi government and semi-government organisations.
- The ability to explain the AI-native organisation and ONE simply to senior leaders.
- Fluent English; you use AI tools in your own work every day.

HR SpecialistShape how an AI-native company hires, grows and works.Abu Dhabi
You help build the company that shows what an AI-native organisation looks like, starting with how we hire, grow and work together.
What you will do
- Run hiring end to end for engineering, deployment and business roles, with a fast, fair and well-documented process.
- Design how an AI-native company onboards people, sets goals and reviews work, with AI Colleagues as part of the team.
- Handle UAE employment matters: contracts, visas, payroll partners and policies.
- Build a culture of clear writing, ownership and trust.
- Use ONE in your own work and tell the product team what would make it better.
What you bring
- Three or more years as an HR generalist or in talent acquisition in the UAE, ideally at a technology company.
- Working knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes.
- Organised, discreet and quick to act.
- Curious about how AI changes the way people work.
